Chiroptera, Emballonuridae, Saccopteryx leptura (Schreber, 1774): range extension and first record for the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, southeastern Brazil

Abstract

This study reports the first record of the sac-winged bat Saccopteryx leptura (Schreber, 1774) from the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, southeastern Brazil. The record from São Paulo is also the southernmost known record of any species of the genus.
