Abstract
This paper discusses three film economics issues and their epistemological developments with the ordinary viewer’s expertise: the perimeter of the standard movie market measured to the Internet domestic uses and the expanding of the movie socio-technical consumption on digital screens; superstardom models and concept of uncertainty applied to movie success; and long tails of niche cinephilia.
