Tarsal tunnel syndrome is an entrapment neuropathy of posterior tibial nerve under the flexorretinaculum. Patients generally present with paresthesias on the plantar side of foot and fingersand in the distal kruris.The causes of tarsal tunnel syndrome are space occupying lesions within or around the tunnelwhich exert pressure to the nerve, ankle deformities, systemic illnesses, trauma or lesions ofthe nerve itself.In this study a case of tarsal tunnel syndrome due to bilateral lipoma which was treated surgicallyis presented.
