A COMPLEX OF MEASURES FOR INTRAOPERATIVE PREVENTION OF POSTOPERATIVE ADHERE FORMATION AND REOCCLUSION OF THE UTERINE TUBES DURING ENDOSURGICAL CORRECTION OF DISTAL TUBE OCCLUSION IN WOMEN WITH TUBE-PERITONEAL INFERTILITY
Abstract
Female infertility remains one of the important problems of modern gynecology. The most common form of female infertility is tubal-peritoneal, which develops as a result of inflammatory diseases of the uterine appendages or surgical interventions on the pelvic and abdominal organs. The use of endoscopic reconstructive plastic surgery with fixation of the everted mucosa of the fallopian tube with sutures can reduce the reocclusion of the fallopian tubes with I-II degree adhesions in the small pelvis; significantly increase the recovery of the fallopian tubes and the onset of pregnancy with III-IV severity of adhesions in the pelvic cavity, and thus improves the results of endoscopic surgical treatment of patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility.
