ABRIGO PARA CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES COMO MEDIDA DE PROTEÇÃO: uma controvérsia

Abstract

This article shows two of the main points of view that have been presented in the recent literature that approaches the institution “shelter” as a measure of protection for children and adolescents, guaranteed by the “Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente”, which defends the necessity of overcoming these two different points of view, using a wider perspective, considering all of the contradictory factors that involve the State and the Civil Society related to the approach of the shelter issue.
