THE LOOK@IT NETWORK – A POTENTIAL MECHANISM FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF E-SKILLS FOR STUDENTS AND YOUTH

Abstract

Republic of Moldova, as well as other EU countries is experiencing a shortage of ICT skilled personnel. The article discusses a model for tackling this issue, by creating a network of e-skills centers outside Chisinau. These will provide conditions for training of young graduates, to embrace ICT jobs and to be employed with proper wages.
