This research paper aims to identify the role of tourism and travel agencies in promoting domestic tourism by dropping the study on the case of tourism and travel agency "al najah" of chlef. The study has dealt with the subject through two sides. The first side included the theoretical concepts of domestic tourism and tourism agencies, the second side included the case study of the Agency for tourism and travel "al najah" of Chlef. The study has shown that the tourism and travel agencies in Algeria focus on foreign tourism, especially religious tourism because of the demand, while the domestic tourism has no intention because of the few demand, this last caused by the weakness of infrastructure as it is an important pill to attract domestic tourism. The study has suggested to the agency "al najah" a tour model for a week in Chlef.
