BROADBAND EXCITATION OF HYPERSOUND IN DELAY LINESOF MICROWAVE RANGE

Abstract

The method of hypersonic bulk acoustic wave excitation by modified interdigital transducer is analyzed. The possibility of broadband delay lines at microwave frequencies construction is shown.
