The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the brainstorming strategy on developing creativity skills in art education for the sixth grade of primary school in the deaf institutes of Anbar Governorate for the academic year 2022-2023.Objective: In order to achieve the aims of the study the researchers tended to design a test that consists of (6) dialogue questions. The test was among the research sample which consisted of (16) students who were selected intentionally, and divided equally into two groups, control and experimental. Then, the brainstorming strategy was followed in teaching the experimental group, while the control group were taught using the ordinary strategy.Results: After analyzing the data, the results of the current study indicated that there were statistically significant differences using the brainstorming strategy in developing the creativity skills of deaf learners, and that the more the brainstorming strategy was adopted, the more creative solutions were generated. It was concluded that the importance of brainstorming strategy to develop creative thinking among disabled students is crucial.
