Abstract

In the article the analysis of preconditions of occurrence of the integrated structures of business is carried out. The essence of concept «the integrated structure of business» is analyzed and specified and the basic distinctive characteristics of such structures are identified.В статье проводится анализ предпосылок возникновения интегрированных структур бизнеса, анализируется и уточняется суть понятия «интегрированная структура бизнеса» и идентифицируются основные отличительные характеристики таких структур.
