Fragment 3 KA by the comic author Epicrates, cited and translated by J.-C. Carrière in Carnival and Politics, draws the portrait of Lais, the high-ranking courtesan ; is the Corinthian lady who created a sensation in Athens or the generic name of hetairs ?
