ECONOMIC SECURITY IN THE CONTEXT OF MARKET TRANSFORMATIONS OF THE rUSSIAN ECONOMY

Abstract

This article puts forward a hypothesis of the leading role of the state economic security in the overall logic of the drastic alterations of economy in the pre-reform and modern Russia. The author traces the basic milestones in the changing of economic policy and analyzes its role in the provision of real economic security. The article contains a number of recommendations for the development of budget federalism in the Russian economy and finance.
