CONCEPTUAL BASIS OF STATE REGULATION OF AGRICULTURE UNDER TERMS OF INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFORMATION

Abstract

The analysis shows that the choice of forms, methods and tools of state regulation of the agrarian sector depends on the development of researchers, to address the problem of interaction between power and economic structures. In terms of institutional reforms synthesis of different concepts can contribute to the design and implementation of formal rules that ensure accelerated growth of agricultural organizations.
