Abstract
The aim of this article is to show to the readers the synthesis of a study that compares the fundamental teaching schools reality, verifying the law’s determinations # 9394/96 and their application conditions involving theorical daa analysis and observations in the empirical field concerning to features as financial resourses application, implementation of new pedagogical proposals, acting of multilateral organizations and teacher’s professional formation.
