The dispute over military strategic resources comes to the WTO

Abstract

This paper aims to demonstrate the strategic importance of rare earth for the military industry and discuss whether the rules of WTO are able to resolve the conflict of interests in the dispute settlement of WTO that was requested in 2012 on rare earths export restrictions.
