Regulation of business activity for development

Abstract

After identifying face to face the existence of company interests and society’s interests, this article establishes the need for taking both into account in the application of business regulation with a view to orientating them towards real development, linked to better distribution patterns and social improvement, a concept more compatible with the modern idea of development.
