The Study of Environmental Biopolymers by Mathematical Modeling and Single Molecule Detection Techniques
Abstract
Three examples of CABE's Polymer Science projects are presented: (i) the modeling of polyelectrolyte adsorption on charged particles; (ii) scaling properties of biopolymers studied by fluorescence correlation spectroscopy and (iii) the determination of biopolymer conformations by atomic force microscopy. Up-to date information on the group including current projects and literature citations can be found at: http://www.unige.ch/cabe/
