The Use of Levocetirizine (L-Cet Syrup) in Children with Allergic Diseases

Abstract

The article deals with the application of antihistamines in allergic diseases in children. In particular, attention is paid to the L-enantiomer of cetirizine, a selective H1 receptor antagonist levocetirizine. A review of recent literature data on the efficacy and safety of this drug is presented.
