Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze the improvement of the communicative culture of an elementary school teacher per the new requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education, which is implemented in continuing education courses at the Moscow State Educational University. Methodology and Approach. The practical experience of using the continuing education program, “Improving the communicative culture of an elementary school teacher as part of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education” is summarized. During the study, training materials are used, the results of the planned forms of current and final checks, observation of students. Results. The author analyzes the conformity of the educational material of the program with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education, which allows increasing the communicative culture of the elementary school teacher, helping to build the interaction of teacher and student, teacher and family, teachers and colleagues. Theoretical and / or Practical implications. The article summarizes the material of the continuing education program, which allows the teacher who has taken the course to build the educational process per the stated competencies successfully.
