AS A DIFFERENCE ALTERNATIVE TO DELIVER CONFLICTS IN CITIES
Abstract
It discusses a distinct concept of cities, different from the ones based on common sense which admit that the cities have problems either because the werent planned or because they were planned wrongly. It shows that this concept does not have conceptual sustentation. It takes as a reference the concepts of cities which give privilege to the presentation of the interests and conflicts that involved the city’s construction, and offers possibilities to alternative ways for the administration of these conflicts which are always presente in urban centers.
