Abstract
Objective To construct a telenursing platform for continuous nursing intervention with family support, and investigate its construction efficacy verified by the acceptance of nurses. Methods A telenursing platform with family support was designed and developed as continuous nursing intervention. Based on the technology acceptance model, the nurses' acceptance scale of "transitional care to home" was developed. From June to July 2022, 576 clinical nurses from 34 hospitals in Chongqing were sampled to evaluate the acceptance of the platform. Results The constructed telenursing platform with family support consisted of 3 application terminals, namely, nurses, patients and family members, with a total of 15 functional modules. The average scores of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived interactivity and behavioral intention of the nurses' acceptance scale were higher than the average, about 4 points. The higher the professional title and duties of nurses, the better the understanding of transitional care mode and related policies, more experience of telenursing, and the higher the acceptance of nurses, the differences between the groups were more statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion The telenursing platform with family support effectively integrates resources, promotes the utilization of hospital high quality nursing resources, and obtains high acceptance of nurses.
