Formation of innovative competence of the teacher of the higher educational institution of system of the ministry of internal affairs of Russia

Abstract

In article processes of modernisation of system of vocational education of shots of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are considered. As one of defining conditions of improvement of quality of educational process innovative competence of the faculty of departmental educational institutions is allocated.
