Analyse métadiscursive des dictionnaires internet français et italiens : le cas des anglicismes concernant la crise économico-financière
Abstract
This research focuses on Anglo-American borrowings related to the economic and financial crisis listed in twenty French and Italian Internet dictionaries. Anglicisms are examined in terms of typology and meta-discursive processing, as well as of the presence of forms of “enunciative heterogeneity” (Authier-Revuz 1984) in the definitions given in the electronic resources, as terms in inverted commas or hyperlinks. The analysis underlines that, when an anglicism represents an entry, the definitions enrich it with additional information in order to describe, explain and contextualize it. On the other hand, when an anglicism appears, although rarely, in the definition, following the French or Italian term given as an entry, the editor seems to present it as additional information to clarify the meaning of the local word.
