ESSENTIAL-SUBSTANTIAL, STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL BASES AND THE DEVELOPMENT PARAMETERS AND FORMATION OF INFORMATION CULTURE OF A PERSON
Abstract
The article deals with the modern understanding of the information culture of the person in the aspects of its manifestation and formation. The leading functions of information culture as a social, psychological and pedagogical phenomenon are revealed. On the basis of the analysis of modern scientific approaches the content content of information culture of the person is offered. It is presented as a subjective manifestation of information worldview, information behavior, information thinking and information activity of the individual in the complex of specific abilities, knowledge, skills. It is shown, that the information culture of the individual has a multi-tiered structure, represented by cognitive, value-semantic and meaningful (activity-practical) components, revealing its ideological, psychological, moral, ethical, social and technological parameters.
