PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS: EFFECTIVE FORMS OF CIVIL DIALOGUE WITH THE AUTHORITIES

Abstract

This article discusses the effectiveness of contemporary forms of social and political dialogue with the authorities. It also formulated new topical mechanisms of public associations required to strengthen the role of these institutions in the Russian political arena. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of dynamics of social moods of citizens in the context of social dialogue.
