WELFARE MARKETING RESEARCH CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF THE RUSSIAN POPULATION
Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the growing inequality of certain categories of the population of the Russian Federation and its social significance. The article considers the current trends of unstable state in a changing market environment with an illustration of such factors as GRP per capita in certain regions, the average pension size, life expectancy for different age groups of the population, etc. The article deals with the problem of income and consumption inequality in certain segments of the population, and also raises the question of the importance of independent statistical research for an adequate assessment of the success of economic reforms in the country and a true view of the level of well-being of socially vulnerable segments of the population. The author focuses on the importance and necessity of creating a new model of statistical information on the problems of income inequality and consumption of various segments of the population. The paper uses a comparative method of research.
