Abstract

The research aims to analyze the spatial variation of residential land values and the reason for this discrepancy for the city of Heat, and its municipal boundaries consisting of (18) neighborhoods, and to shed light on the prices and rents of residential land and to know the extent of the effect of commercial speculation in it, and then to show the impact of these prices on other uses of the land, as That there is a spatial discrepancy in the prices and rents of residential land between parts of the city of Hit. The research relied mainly on the field study in the process of obtaining information and data; As a result of the scarcity of this data and information from other sources.
