Implementation and practice of "double-sided control point" emergency drill in epidemic prevention and control management in the Emergency Department (常态化疫情防控下急诊科“双面控点”应急演练管理工作实践)

Abstract

This paper summarized the Implementation and practice of "double-sided control point" emergency drill in epidemic prevention and control management in the Emergency Department. Nursing managers had implemented the four-party responsibility for epidemic prevention and control, and carried out the "double-sided control point" mechanism by region and classification. Based on the six key points of the epidemic prevention and control including personnel, risk, nosocomial infection, scene, operation and training, nursing team had improved the exercise scheme, built a set of standard drill implementation in emergency exercise program. The "double-sided control point" emergency drill showed efficacy in regulating the process of "suspected" cases and improving the ability of medical staff emergency. (常态化疫情防控下, 急诊科严格落实疫情防控四方责任, 实施分区分类双面控点机制, 基于疫情防控六大关键点: 人员、风险、院感、场景、操作、培训, 通过应急演练设计、完善演练方案、演练实施等方面构建一套规范的应急演练程序, 并在急诊科实践, 规范了应急处理流程, 提高了医务人员应急能力。)
