This rising popularity can be attributed to bibliometrics' ability to reveal patterns and quantify the productivity and influence of scientific publications using quantitative measures. By detecting citation trends and collaborations within scientific domains, bibliometric analysis seeks to assess the impact of academics' work. Additionally, bibliometrics helps academics and organizations make well-informed choices about financing, partnerships, and marketing.
