The New Hampshire Healthcare Workers for Climate Action (NH HWCA) was created as a grassroots organization in the summer of 2021 and quickly grew to over 2500 participants in 8 months, reaching out to government officials via a signature campaign, networking with 33 other state and national healthcare affiliates, and offering individual and group education via blogs, webinars, community lectures, letters to the editor, and promotional materials. We use the case study method to analyze how this was accomplished.
