The incidence of bone malignant tumors is very low, thus in order to perform a statistical analysis it is required to include the whole universe of the population. The registers obtained could be used by reference centers. In our paper, the clinical records from pacients suffering Ewing's tumor in two hospitals from Santa Clara were analysed and a restrospective descriptive assessment was performed. The main objective was to determine the incidence of the disease and the bahaviour of different variables tha modify the diagnosis. The highest incidence was in the infants of male gender and in sites around the knee, the diagnosis based on imagenology and bad prognosis in spite of therapy.
