SOME CONCLUSIONS DRAWN FROM THE 1:50 000 SCALE GEOLOGICAL MAP OF THE BRANISKO AND ČIERNA HORA REGION

Abstract

Significant knowledges about litostratigraphical, structural and tectonometamorphic development of the Branisko-Čierna hora region have been abtained during creation of geological map of the region at the scale of 1:50 000. Some of them affecting general opinions about the Variscan and Alpine development of the Western Carpathian Internides are discussed in this contribution.
