Writing essentials and checklist of Integrative Nursing Case Report (中西医结合护理病例报告写作要点和核对清单)

Abstract

Case report is a common genre of medical papers, and the internationally recognized and universal clinical case report standard is the CARE Checklist. Combining with the characteristics of discipline of integrative nursing, this pape try to expand the CARE Checklist in order to be compatible with nursing case report papers, and compile "Writing Points and Checklist of Integrative Nursing Case Report", so as to provide reference for domestic nursing researchers and workers to write high-quality case reports and formulate and popularize the norms of integrative nursing case reports. (病例报告是医学论文的一种常见体裁, 国际较为公认和通用的临床个案报告规范是CARE指南。通过结合中西医结合护理学科特点, 尝试扩展CARE指南, 以期与护理病例报告类论文兼容, 编制《中西医结合护理病例报告写作要点和核对清单》, 为国内护理工作者撰写高质量病例报告和中西医结合护理病例报告规范的制定和推广应用提供借鉴与参考依据。)
