Features of the Chromium thermal expansion in a wide temperature range
Abstract
The thermal expansion of polycrystalline Chromium in the temperature range of 95–1673 K by the dilatometric method has studied. Critical indices and amplitudes of the thermal expansion coefficient in the magnetic phase transition are determined. The rapid growth of the linear thermal expansion coefficient at high temperatures is confirmed. The temperature dependences of the thermal properties were obtained, and the reference tables of the recommended values for a wide temperature range of a solid state were developed.
