Particularities of dose load forming for the fish in Kanev reservoir

Abstract

Formation of absorbed dose for different species of fishes Kanev reservoir from incorporated radionuclides, water and sediment was studied. The distinct migratory behavior of fish and the spatial distribution of radionuclides in bottom area were considered. The absorbed radiation dose per year of fish ranged from 170 to 1300 mGy/year.
