Multimedia computer technologies can be considered as a modern way of giving information providing the ability to combine various types of data: video, sound, animation, text, 2d and 3d graphics. Virtual tours are one of the most effective and effective ways of presenting information since they allow you to take exciting virtual tours and give to the viewer the complete illusion of presence. Unlike a video or a regular series of photographs, a virtual tour has interactivity, allows you to get closer to a selected point or move away from it, move from one panorama to another through active zones. After the emergence of the concept of "virtual tour", the sphere of culture was one of the first to actively use this term in its activities. At the moment, virtual tours exist in most museums. Theaters also have their own virtual tours and virtual museums, but there is no description of the experience in the production of these products in the scientific literature. The development of a virtual tour includes several stages: shooting locations, selecting, processing and stitching photo panoramas, assembling a virtual tour. Considering the Nutcracker Theater, only 112 images were obtained, 19 were selected. Adobe Photoshop was used to process the photos, where unnecessary objects were removed, the horizon level was increased, etc. The photo panoramas were assembled into a virtual tour using the Kolor Panotour Pro program. Having collected the basis of the virtual tour, you need to move on to inserting interactive elements by adding a list of locations. The launch of the finished virtual tour is done through the host from the local computer. For quality work, it is necessary to test the product using a working remote server. Identified inaccuracies are eliminated. The article is intended for use by developers of similar products. The material presented in the article can be considered as a methodological guide for the development of virtual tours.
