METASTATIC NECK TUMOR WITH UNDETECTED LOCALIZATION OF THE PRIMARV TUMOR PROCESS (PRESENTATION OF ONE CASE)
Abstract
The patients from the environment of Niš, born in 1945, came in March, 2001, to the Clinic for Otorhinolaryngology of the Clinic Center, Niš, with no complaints at all but with a tumefaction on the left side of the neck that apparently appeared three months before that. Beside the deviant nose septum, the rest of the ORL finding is clear. The pathohistological findings from the neck: Carcinoma planocellulare kerathodes G:l.
