Research progress of risk factors and preventive management of postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing cardiac surgery (老年心脏手术患者术后谵妄发生危险因素与预防管理研究进展)

Abstract

Postoperative delirium is a common and serious complication in elderly patients undergoing cardiac surgery. In this study, pathophysiology, risk factors, assessment methods, risk prediction models, and non-pharmacological management strategies of postoperative delirium were reviewed. The aim of this paper is to provide clinical healthcare professionals with valuable insights for the early identification of postoperative delirium risks, the development of prevention and management strategies, and finally improve the survival outcome of patients. (术后谵妄是老年心脏术后患者常见且严重的并发症, 严重影响预后。本文通过系统综述, 探讨老年心脏手术患者术后谵妄发生的危险因素、评估方式、风险预测模型以及非药物管理方案, 旨在为临床医护人员提供参考, 以早期识别术后谵妄发生风险, 制定预防管理策略, 改善患者预后。)
