Management of central nervous system relapse in a young patient affected by primary mediastinal large B‐cell lymphoma: A case report
Abstract
Abstract In primary mediastinal large B‐cell lymphoma, central nervous system (CNS) relapse is an uncommon event with a dismal prognosis. We report about the successful management of CNS relapse with chemoimmunotherapy according to MATRix (methotrexate, cytarabine, thiotepa, and rituximab) protocol followed by autologous stem cell transplant.
