The effective organization of customer service technology in freight transportation sector
Abstract
A mathematical model has been developed to optimize the implementation of technological processes for delivering goods in the article. This mathematical model enables separate optimization of delivery methods for goods. Additionally, in the article, the optimization of the dispatch time of wagons from the station and the influence of the execution interval when removing wagons from the cargo front have been assessed. The proposed mathematical model aims to create the possibility of accurately allocating the intervals of operations performed during the dispatch of goods from the station by modeling, thereby optimizing the process of dispatching wagons from the station and efficiently managing the retention of wagons in the cargo front during the delivery of goods. In the proposed technology, determining the delivery time for a specific type of cargo presented for transportation is possible by establishing coefficients that consider various factors based on illustrative information for the upcoming period. Such allows for estimating the distance a wagon covers regarding its daily capacity.
