Vibrations of the concrete pump boom in the plane of rotation
Abstract
A reduced dynamic system of a distributing boom of a concrete pump with three masses has been created and differential equations of boom oscillations based on the generalized Hooke's law have been compiled. The oscillations of the horizontally expanded boom in the modes of acceleration and braking of rotation, and in the mode of emergency braking of the boom rotation are considered. Frequencies and forms of oscillations are determined. The effect of the mass of the root section on the energy balance of the boom oscillations was only 1.5% in the first shapes and less than 10% in the second and third waveforms. The main loading of the boom occurs according to the first form of vibrations. To analyze the loading of the boom during emergency braking of the turn, it is permissible to take a dynamic system of a concrete distributing boom with two degrees of freedom. The performed studies allowed us to propose a simple dynamic system for studying the oscillations of the distribution boom in the plane of rotation.
