Abstract

upplier selection is a critical process in supply chain management, as it directly influences the quality, cost, and efficiency of production. To make an objective and effective selection , multi-criteria methods such as PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) and MEREC (Method based on the Removal Effects of Criteria) can be used . These methods will allow us to evaluate and classify suppliers considering multiple criteria relevant to the final decision.
