Abstract
The research is integrated into the educational improvement projected by the primary school, assumes theoretical assumptions of its model with emphasis on the development perspective and the significance of learning. Recognizes the shortcomings and potentialities of educational practice, as well as the system of influences and the regularities of the social situation of school development. Consequently, it promotes the written textual construction, from the computerized environment; At the same time, it reveals, defines and structures the techno constructive transfer as the essence of the interaction with its resources in different spaces. The transformations that have taken place in the modes of action of the teachers and their extrapolation to other contexts, constitute results that complement the superior quality indexes obtained in the learning, with its implementation.
