Nursing of a cancer patient with stage 2 pressure injuries treated by recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with Qingdai powder external application (重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合青黛粉中药外敷技术治疗肿瘤疾病伴Ⅱ期压力性损伤1例的护理)

Abstract

This Article summarized the nursing of a cancer patient with stage 2 pressure injuries treated by recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with Qingdai powder external application. The patient received a comprehensive nursing evaluation and routing care plan including health education, skin care and nutrition support. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, external application therapy with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel and Qingdai powder was carried out to improve the wound healing of pressure injuries. (本文总结1例重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合青黛粉外敷治疗老年肿瘤患者并发压力性损伤的临床护理经验。入院后完善护理评估和相关检查, 在健康指导、皮肤护理、营养支持等常规护理基础上, 基于中医辨证, 给予重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合青黛粉外敷创面, 有效促进溃疡愈合。)
