System of activities from Sports for All with an inclusive approach for the preparation of the Physical Education teacher

Background: Education with an inclusive approach in Cuba is a priority, it is at the center of the studies carried out by psychologists, pedagogues and specialists; Therefore, the preparation of teachers in this direction is necessary. In the case of the Physical Education teacher at different educational levels, he must take advantage of the possibilities that sport offers to stimulate the potential of students with disabilities, which would help to improve this process in contemporary primary schools. Objective: Propose a system of activities for the preparation of Physical Education teachers in a way that favors the development of skills, knowledge and motivations for the management of Sports for All with an inclusive approach. Methodology: We worked with the 20 Physical Education teachers who belong to the 8 general schools that are immersed in the inclusion process and the special school in the Cabaiguán municipality, specifically in the urban sector. Different research methods were used, such as observation, document analysis, interviews and specialist judgment. Result: The proposal of preparation activities for Physical Education teachers allows efficient work in the organization, development and direction of Sports for All in an inclusive and sustainable sports context, encourages creativity and innovation, improves the teacher's level of preparation allowing to transform educational practice. The specialists considered the activities to be quite suitable for the preparation of the Physical Education teacher, since their inclusive perspectives offer answers to the need to organize and develop Sport for All with students with disabilities in schools. Conclusions: The system of activities for the preparation of Physical Education teachers can have a favorable impact, allowing the development of skills, knowledge and new motivations in the direction of Sport for All with an inclusive approach.
