Acupoint application in relief of abdominal pain and distension in a patient with pancreatic cancer and related nursing measures (穴位贴敷缓解1例胰腺癌患者腹胀腹痛及护理)

Abstract

This paper observed the effect of acupoint application in relief of abdominal pain and distension in a patient with pancreatic cancer, and summarized related nursing measures. Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing by syndrome differentiation, Chinese herbal medicine granules external application at Shenque acupoint (CV 8) was performed. Comprehensive interventions including dietary nursing, emotional care and life support care were carried out during the treatment. Guided by the TCM meridian theory, the acupoint application is effective way of external therapy in treating the internal illness by stimulating the relevant acupoints. (本文观察穴位贴敷缓解1例胰腺癌患者腹胀腹痛的效果, 总结护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下, 采取中药颗粒于神阙穴进行穴位贴敷, 同时完善饮食护理、情志护理、生活护理等。穴位贴敷治疗肿瘤患者腹胀腹痛安全有效, 以中医基本理论及经络理论为指导, 对局部相关穴位进行刺激, 达到内病外治的效果。)
