E-administracja na uczelni w opinii pracowników administracyjnych – przykład Uniwersyteckiego Systemu Obsługi Studiów (USOS)

Abstract

The paper raises issues on e-government in the area of universities administration. The article focuses most of all on research results made in one of polish universities, that show how administration staff evaluates functioning of the USOS system, which is a e-government system in university. The article also shows advantages and shortcomings associated with this system, and also with e-government in university in general.
