Place, value and role of latent bibliographic information in the system of information resources

Abstract

The social and cultural value of the bibliographic information in serial editions is shown. The place, value and role of the latent bibliographic information via its functions (estimating, search, heuristic) which it carries out in modern system of information resources are revealed.
