Penghampiran Masalah Pendidikan dengan Pendekatan Fenomenologi
Abstract
The major objective of educational activity is to prepare and help our generation to be adult persons. There are too many problems faced by educators, most of them are born from the absence of educator's charisma. It is not esay to identify our educational problems properly, but we offer a phenomenological approach to be applied to find out the implicit phenomenon within or behind the explicit ones. In this approach, educational problems can be understood objectively by gramatical and historical interpretations, and subjectively by individual and generic interpretations. It is also offered a number of avtivities based on this phenomenological approach to find out the basic structure of educational problems
