El cuento en el siglo XVIII: una propuesta para el rescate y estudio de un género olvidado

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este trabajo pretendo mostrar de qué manera el cuento del siglo XVIII se puede encontrar al rastrear en los periódicos, colecciones narrativas, misceláneas y libros de entretenimiento, y de qué manera este cuento tuvo que servir necesariamente de puente al nacimiento del cuento como género literario moderno en el siglo XVIII.ABSTRACT: In this article I try to show how the eighteenth-century short story can be found when we exam the eighteenth-century newspapers, miscellany and pleasant literature, and how this short story was in the origin of the modern literary genre.
